County Lobbyist Found Sleeping in Taco Bell Drive-Thru
Rio Arriba County's contracted lobbyist, Eric Martinez, was arrested Jan. 20 for an aggravated DWI after he allegedly passed out in his Mercedes in the Taco Bell drive through.
